"SHIVNERI TRUST DHOL TASHA DHWAJ PATHAK , PUNE" was established in the year 2017 and is registered under the Charitable Trust Act(1860) in 2017.

 

We. Shivneri Trust dhol tasha dhwaj pathak  was started with a modest 30 “Dhol” (Maharashtrian double-headed drums), 6 “Tashe” (Maharashtrian kettledrums) and a team of 40 experienced shoulders.

Since its inception, Shivneri has focused on establishing a milestone in this traditional folk art and related social activities. With relentless efforts, the organization has grown by multiples. We are now equipped with 75 Dhol, 18 Tashe and other related instruments. We are also supported by a Dhwaj (Maratha victory flag).

Our members are aged between 5 to 60 years. Today, we all work as one family of 100+ people tied together by a common cause.

Since its inception, Shivneri Trust  has performed at more than 100 Ganeshotsav festivals, Navaratri festivals, Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti and various commercial events. The group has been long associated with renowned Ganpati Mandals like

“Shreemant Bhausaheb Rangari ganpati ”, “Kondhwa Khurd ek Gav Ek Jayanti” and

“Bent Bilwamrateswar Mahadev Mandir Dharampuri MP” to name a few. We are rich in terms of committed manpower of hundreds of devoted youth.
